Orange Slice Properties, a real estate company based in Tampa, Florida, wanted a brand that felt distinctive, rooted in history, and visually memorable. The goal was to create something that stood apart from the typical real estate naming conventions while still feeling approachable and familiar.

I partnered with the client to develop the brand name and full brand foundation, including the name story, vision, unique value propositions, and brand voice. The client was drawn to names with an old-world feel, and we landed on Orange Slice Properties in the first round. The name felt immediately right, evoking Florida’s heritage in a warm and intentional way.

From there, the name became the anchor for the entire brand. Through strategic briefs and ongoing brand support, the client applied the name story across their visual identity, resulting in a brand that feels cohesive, expressive, and truly stands out in the Tampa market.

This project is a great example of how taking the time to get the name and foundation right can unlock everything that comes next.
